SHOWROOM MANAGER
POSITION AVAILABLE NOW
We currently have a 3 to 4 day a week role for a highly energetic and experienced Retail Showroom Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent part time position and is based from our showroom and workshop in Northcote, Victoria.

If you are passionate about Pop & Scott, interiors, design and all things creative we’d love to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL
Experience
At least 3 years experience working in a similar retail/sales position in the furniture or design industry with a focus on customer service.
General Attributes
A proactive, can-do approach and a focus on impeccable customer service.
Good problem solving and decision making abilities with the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
A very strong attention to detail and high level organizational skills.
A creative eye for visual merchandising and showroom displays.
Strong & honest work ethic.
A current Victorian Drivers license.
Systems
Good knowledge of Shopify POS (or similar).
Mac user.
Availability
Current showroom hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday - in Spring we will have increased hours. Some weekend work is necessary but may not be essential.
Website
Inventory update on Web store daily and images.
Showroom
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to manage showroom, website and phone sales. Be willing to assist our workshop manager in daily tasks as required.

DESIRABLE
Photographic experience
Use of photoshop or similar for image editing and resizing for the website.

WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
POSITION AVAILABLE NOW

We’re currently seeking a highly energetic  Workshop Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full time position that would suit a junior and is based from our workshop in Northcote, Victoria.

The role will suit someone with some warehouse experience, preferably in a similar creative industry who is resourceful and comfortable learning as they go. Strong problem solving and organisational skills are a must. If this job is for you, you will thrive in a fast paced, creative environment.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Weekly cleaning and some garden maintenance on a semi regular basis
Packing pots and furniture orders as required
Deliveries to stockists and customers - some heavy lifting is required
Freight and logistics online and phone bookings

Basic furniture making tasks as required
Other jobs as directed

DESIRABLE
Freight and Logistics knowledge, local and international.

ARTISTS STUDIO HAND
POSITION AVAILABLE NOW


We currently have a full time role for a highly energetic and experienced Artists Studio Hand to join our growing team. This is a permanent position and is based from our showroom and workshop in Northcote, Victoria.

If you are passionate about Pop & Scott and all things creative we’d love to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL
A proactive, can-do approach is considered essential.
At least 1 year working or studying in a somewhat similar role.
Strong attention to detail and high level organizational skills.
The ability to work well autonomously and in a crew of painters.
A great positive attitude.
Most of the role will be made up of the artist studio hand role but there may be additional weaving work required.

DESIRABLE
Previous art studio hand or signwriting experience
