Pop & Scott are currently seeking staff for the following roles:
Based in Northcote and reporting to the General Manager and company directors you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the showroom as well as dealing with all customer service enquiries both in person, by email and over the phone. The right person for this role will be able to drive retail sales opportunities and develop strong and authentic relationships with customers.
A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is essential as well as exceptional communication, both written and verbal. You will be required to provide prompt and accurate communication, process orders and follow sales from the initial enquiry through to delivery. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
As the public face of the Pop & Scott showroom you must have a positive attitude and be well presented.
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years of proven customer service experience
3+ years of proven sales experience
A proven track record of managing KPI’s and exceeding targets
Experience with Shopify, Trade Gecko and Xero or an ability to learn quickly on the job
An ability to work under pressure and deal with all customer enquiries
Experience in dealing with residential customers, Architects and Interior Designers
Experience in interiors or a design or related field
